  • Absolutely! I offer a free initial consultation to determine your needs and plan a coaching programme that suits you.

  • Many employers offer professional development support, I am happy to provide a personal development plan to support your application for CPD funding.

  • A standard session will begin with some simple exercises that will ground you, release muscle tension, and increase your focus. Moving on to voice you will develop your use of pitch, tone, resonance, and rhythm. We will also cover body language and tips for engaging an audience, I will then work with you to put your new skills into action.
